It highlights necessity formation when solving typical professional tasks and describes features dynamics its development at maritime university. experimental analysis involved sample 107 graduate cadets engineering department Admiral Ushakov Maritime State University using following diagnostic tools: questionnaires, tests, lingua-psychological trainings, business games. data shows that depends on emotional volitional stability skills readiness to solve tasks.
